Insurance & Payment

We accept Medicare, Workers' Compensation, No Fault (accident) and participate in most Blue Cross and Aetna/US Healthcare plans. Patients are responsible for any specialist co-payments and deductible, of which is paid at the time of the appointment. HMO patients must have a referral form with them at the time of the appointment. When requesting a referral, please request that it be made out to "Lansdale Pain Management Center", with the location being "office". If you are asked to provide a procedure, we usually ask for "Evaluate and Treat" - this will cover your consultation and subsequent procedures. Our fax number is (215) 822-6341. We also encourage our patients to request at least 3 visits which are usually valid for 3 months. Lansdale Pain Management Center will bill you directly for services not covered by your insurance plan.
